What is Pilates?

It’s a system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles , to improve the balance of the body and the position.
For whom?
For anyone…who is physically fit, as well as older people with joint or motor problems, also pregnant women who wish to strengthen their perineum before giving birth (adapted private classes), as well as after giving birth for perineum re-education. These classes are also aimed at people with injuries who wish to strengthen their deep muscles.
For a variety of different audiences, with the aim of improving physical fitness and feeling more in harmony with the body.
